FISHING REPORTS
December 2
Here we are in December with some of the first cold fronts pushing their way through South Florida. With these cold fronts, brings our migratory wintertime species such as Spanish Mackerel, Pompano and Tripletail, just to name a few. I anticipate them showing up any day, but in the meantime, there is still plenty of Snook, Jacks and Tarpon. If you have any question or would like to book a trip don’t hesitate to give me a call or text. Thanks

The Pompano fishing is fantastic right now. We are catching these fish on goofy jigs using light tackle. On light tackle these fish are great fun they pull hard and sometimes big ones even jump. But nothing compares to the taste of Pompano. They are one of the best tasting fish out there and at the fish market can cost you about $25 per pound. Some other species that we're catching are Black Drum, Tripletail, and Snook.
